The fact is, there isn't much more to the average agent than the agent themselves. Most agents operate a one-person show, and they're probably breaking their backs trying to do a good job for their clients. Most agents couldn't really work any harder than they're already working.
We know, because we used to do it this way.
But we don't anymore because we found that our clients suffered from our good intentions. Gloria was formerly in the banking industry for over 15 years as well as 5 years experience in the advertising industry. She has a well rounded wealth of knowledge about all three industries and has personally bought and sold Real Estate for many years. Her love of the land extends into her personal life as she lives on 10 acres in Beavercreek with her husband, 2 boys, and a house and barn full of animals. She thoroughly enjoys the country and is extremely knowledgeable about farms, equestrian properties and residential homes on acreage. While Tracy excels in these country properties her expertise does not stop there. She is an aggressive agent and works very diligently to sell her clients home or find them just the right home to buy whether that be in the country or the city. Amber started her Real Estate career in San Diego, CA working with a Top Producing Agent out of Coldwell Banker Shelter Island. She changed directions to a career in the finance and loan world for a few years and then traveled all of the way to the Big Island of Hawaii where she met her husband, started a family and decided the best place to raise their son would be in Oregon, where her husband was born and lived most of his life. She is a newer addition to the Hahn Team, not to be mistaken for inexperienced. Amber starts each day with a can do attitude and prides herself on continuing education, problem solving and honest dealings.
