The fact is, there isn't much more to the average agent than the agent themselves. Most agents operate a one-person show, and they're probably breaking their backs trying to do a good job for their clients. Most agents couldn't really work any harder than they're already working.
We know, because we used to do it this way.
But we don't anymore because we found that our clients suffered from our good intentions.  Stan has been a Re/Max International Agent for over 20 years and has lived in Oregon his entire life. Throughout the 20 years that he has served the Real Estate needs of clients in the state of Oregon, he has become one of ReMax’s Premier Agents in the Pacific Northwest and has earned just about every award ReMax has to offer including the Lifetime Achievement Award.  Gloria is co-founder of The Hahn Team. She has been in the Real Estate business for over 14 years and has lived in the state of Oregon for over 19 years. Gloria was formerly in the banking industry for over 15 years as well as 5 years experience in the advertising industry. She has a well rounded wealth of knowledge about all three industries and has personally bought and sold Real Estate for many years. When it comes to marketing and creativity in getting the home SOLD, she brings to the table absolute completeness! Gloria is one of the finest buyers agents you’ll encounter. “Becoming her client’s Realtor for Life” is her motivation. She is the Hahn Team’s office manager and is now the director of the Hahn Team mortgage division which was developed to bring full service to the Hahn Team clients offering conventional, FHA, VA and commercial loans through her association with Sunset Mortgage. Randy Hahn, a Willamette Valley 4th generation farmer/ farm real estate broker, has been around the Willamette Valley farms and rural property since the early 1950s where at that time his father and grandfather owned a farming operation. He was raised in a small community close to Salem. Through being heavily exposed to farms and farmland throughout his whole life Randy is an expert on farm, ranch and rural property. He was licensed in 1997 and is a great asset to the Hahn Team.

Tracy Rynders has been with the Hahn team since 2001 and has developed her skills into a rural acreage specialist. Her love of the land extends into her personal life as she lives on 10 acres in Beavercreek with her husband, 2 boys, and a house and barn full of animals. She thoroughly enjoys the country and is extremely knowledgeable about farms, equestrian properties and residential homes on acreage. While Tracy excels in these country properties her expertise does not stop there. She is an aggressive agent and works very diligently to sell her clients home or find them just the right home to buy whether that be in the country or the city. She truly loves the satisfaction of helping people achieve their dreams!

Carmen was first exposed to real estate when imputing listings for a board of realtor’s office in southern Oregon. This previous introduction to real estate made her decision to change from a medical field career to becoming a broker a familiar and positive transition. She received her license in 2007 when she was invited to join the Hahn team where she continues to find satisfaction in assisting people. She has many varied interests from hiking, downhill skiing, gardening and just good old “blue-jean country living” to enjoying the creative arts of music, theatre and assisting in community service programs.
